CPS WELCOMES TRANSFER STUDENTSÌý


The College of Professional Studies is dedicated to helping our degree-seeking students bring their educational experience to Villanova, accepting up to 90 transfer credits. This allows students a fast track to their degree, with our advising team primed to help find the best courses and major for any student's needs.Ìý
After providing Villanova with an official transcript from your previous academic institution, our team will evalaute your credits, with the aim of accepting any course graded a C or higher as transfer credit.

The Collee of Professional Studies has admissions and transfer agreements with several regionally accredited community colleges in the Philadelphia region.ÌýThese agreements offer you the opportunity toÌýprepare for the completion of a bachelor's while completing your associate degree.
Students at our partner schools can plan for a future at ÃÛÌÒTV, with access to Villanova CPS advisers to offer assitance during the admissions and trasnferring process, in addition to no application fee and built-in scholarship programs.

Under the Admissions Agreement, you will be granted admission into the BA, BS, or BIS degree program at Villanova CPS on the condition that you:
- Graduate from one of our partner community colleges with an Associate degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Graduates will be granted admission under the terms of the Transfer Agreement with the understanding they may need to complete some additional courses based on curriculum.
- Satisfy all other ÃÛÌÒTV CPS transfer requirements
College of Professional Studies will also evaluate Community College transcripts on request for preliminary credit evaluation.
SCHOLARSHIP AND OTHER REDUCTION OPPORTUNITIES
Phi Theta KappaÌý(PTK) is anÌýhonor societyÌýfor students of associate degree-granting colleges. Members of PTK could be eligible for scholarship to use in furthering their education with CPS.Ìý

PATHWAYS TO GRADUATE STUDIES

The combined Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) to Master's Degree (MS or MPA) programs offer exceptional College of Professional Studies (CPS) students the opportunity to continue their education in one of five Villanova graduate programs, creating an accelerated pathway to your master's degree.Ìý
