Substances and Sleep

Have you tried everything to improve your sleep routine, talked to your roommate about distractions, and/or considered your sleep type--and nothing changed? Join the Office of Health Promotion for this 20-minute virtual workshop on the impact that over-the counter and prescription medications can have on sleep!

Bystander Moment

Join POWER for a viewing and discussion of “The Bystander Moment – Transforming Rape Culture at its Roots.” The film explores the role of the bystander in situations of sexual harassment/assault, and how gender norms have fed a culture of silence in the face of sexual harassment and abuse and other forms of gender violence. ACS approved.

Overdose Reversal Training
Local non-profit group Savage Sisters will provide training on how to identify signs of overdose, how to administer Narcan, updated drug trends and principles of harm reduction. Participants will receive two free doses of Narcan. Sponsored by the Health and Well-Being Committee, Sustainability Leadership Council, and Falvey Library. Two free doses of Narcan will be provided to those in attendance. Training funded through a generous gift from Elizabeth and Dan Montegari (Class of '07).
