Leah Gonzalez

Leah Gonzalez MBA, RD, LD

As a dietitian working in prevention and wellness, with years of experience in oncology, Leah planned a week-long evidence-based, user friendly, and low time commitment program on lifestyle factors related to cancer prevention for 2600 employees and created an evaluation system to measure effectiveness and acceptability. In addition to this program, Leah conducts 10-20 other seminars and events for employees throughout the year that support the principles of lifestyle and cancer prevention.

Leah is a registered dietitian and Wellness Coordinator for United Healthcare working with employees of the Parkway Schools in western St. Louis County, Missouri. Prior to her current position, Leah was an oncology dietitian at the Siteman Cancer Center. She has extensive experience in developing and managing an integrative health program and in her current position, Leah provides wellness screening, holistic well-being coaching and support for individuals and groups, coordinates innovative and personalized wellness solutions, and assists in the evaluation and measurement of program outcomes.

PATH Positive Approaches To Health Podcast is a virtual, world-wide road trip created and navigated by registered dietitians and long-time friends Jenny Pitcher and Toni Toledo. PATH spotlights innovative & interesting people & programs in the wellbeing space, revealing some surprising and practical roads to healthier living for all humans. 

Toni Toledo is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Masters in Public Health Nutrition with 25 years of experience in nutrition and health promotion. She is driven by her passion and commitment to help people live their healthiest life and thrive. One of the basic tenets of Toni’s work is the belief that we can all create our own formula that is built on habits and routines that allow us to feel our best. Toni believes that the investment of time and practice into developing those routines and habits is time well spent. Keeping positive and making this journey enjoyable as we create this lifestyle is possible especially if you are doing it in a way that focuses on what works, building knowledge and acquiring confidence. 

Jenny Pitcher is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher who has spent her career helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle through eating better, moving more and dealing with stress in positive ways. Jenny has a passion for helping people explore what is important to them and works with her patients to develop a plan that allows their personal vision of health to come to fruition.
