No more than 6 credits in the College of Graduate Arts & Sciences are permitted throughout your Law studies.

If Yes, how many graduate credits have you taken?

Once approved by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs of the Law School, the student must submit the request along with a copy of the student's undergraduate transcript to the Dean of Graduate Studies to demonstrate adequate academic background for the requested course.

Note: Please note that only courses for which grades will be reported prior to the law school鈥檚 grade reporting deadline can be approved.

Textbook List for Fall 2024

Required textbooks for all 1L courses, along with Introduction to Federal Taxation, Business Organizations, Evidence, Constitutional Law II, and Legal Profession are available for two-hour check outs at the Circulation Desk. Access to these textbooks cannot be guaranteed and textbooks will not be available to use during any open book exams.

Students taking courses that use Course Packets will receive ordering instructions from their faculty via email. Packets may be purchased online using .
