Andrew Brandt, Professor of Practice and the Executive Director of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law, provided expert commentary to numerous national media outlets regarding the U.S. Supreme Court鈥檚 recent decision in Murphy v. NCAA regarding sports betting. In Murphy, the Supreme Court struck down a 1992 federal law that effectively prevented most states from legalizing sports betting.
